I disagree with the gendered division of labor without a part of this thinking that the gendered division of labor. Because it is not rule that men work outside of the home, and women take care of the home and children. But only the women can give birth, so I think the women do that only the women can, and the men do that only the men can, and the others are done by who wants to do.
For example, there is a family that has children. Only the mother, not the father, can bear a child. For working women, there is a double burden. So until mother bear a baby, she can get a maternity leave. While that period she can’t work. And the baby asks for a mother instinctively, however, she can also deposit with a nursery. I think the family that has babies or children, the mother must or should be in house for the mother’s milk and communications, however, the father takes care of the children when the children grows to some extent.
I said above, there are what is possible by sex, and the thing which can’t do surely. But I don’t think that women should shut herself up in a house and they have to do only housekeeping and child-rearing without a work or hobby. The portion in my agreement is that division of labor except the gender.
