Fundamentally, we human beings can perceive and interpret something through 2 different views, one is the objective view and other is the subjective view. The objective view is a way to perceive something based on fact and evidence. We have to think logically and we need to be careful about personal bias in this view. If you have your own objective view, you must need some evidence to prove it. There are 2 major scientific methods that we can use it to prove our own objective view. Those methods are called “basic scientific method” and “falsificationism”. For a “basic scientific method”, we observe something first, then we generalize information to find out a theory. Finally, we need some evidence to explain and prove that theory. For “falsificationism”, it is opposite way of “basic scientific method”. First, we start by making hypothesis, and then we try to prove that hypothesis observation. However, we should be aware of subjectivity of our perceptions. It means our perception can be very subjective and our perception often misperceives information. Thus, we should be careful to receive correct information through our senses. Otherwise, those scientific methods do not have meanings to prove objectivity.
On the other hand, subjective view is the way to perceive something based on our personal feelings. Simply, “what we feel” is the most important factor of the subjective view.
